Christie Glissmeyer of Hood River, Oregon is leading the women's white water boating industry and pushing the boundaries to the next level. Glissmeyer is the women's world waterfall record holder of 82 feet off of Metlako Falls. She has also won multiple white water kayaking competitions. Pictured here is Celestial Falls along the White River in Oregon, which is tucked away close to a sleepy cowboy town in Tygh Valley.  On a icy 28 degree Super Bowl Sunday morning Christie is setting herself up for the fifty + footer off of the falls which was pumping out about 260 CFS that day.
