U.S. Stocks Look Riskier Than Equities In Japan, Emerging Markets

Many global markets have been in corrective declines for several months and have come down from their previously overbought levels to potentially oversold levels, whereas the U.S. market remains near its April peak and is potentially due for such a move itself. Betting on foreign markets may have more upside potential and less downside risk than betting on U.S. stocks.
