You Won't Believe How Much Money Vegas Bookies Are Going To Lose If The Chargers Cover The Spread Tonight

Everybody and their mother is betting on the Chargers as three-point favorites against the Jaguars tonight.
Average Joes, sharps, everyone.
Here's what Jeff Stonebeck of the Mirage told Covers.com:
“At this point it’s all Chargers money. It’s 4-to-1 Chargers on our ticket count, and 50-to-1 as far as the money goes.”
A book being exposed 50-1 on an NFL game is straight-up unheard of.
As a general rule (that has its many exceptions, obviously), the goal of a bookmaker is to get even action on both teams in every game and just rake in the vig.
But sometimes, like tonight, an under-performing team fighting for their lives plays a team that just fired their coach, benched (and un-benched) their quarterback, and sold their franchise.
And then all the sharps put max bets on them.
And then you get 50-1 exposure.
So even though Bolts-Jags will probably be a crap game, we can all root for San Diego to deal Vegas a rare blow tonight.
